The house was as advertised in the listing. Very clean. Close to town, 15 minutes if you walked. It's an older home and that has been renovated, has a little of a musty smell because of it's age. Communication with the host was great.

This is an older shot gun style home and was perfect for our stay while visiting our son at college. My top priorities when renting are cleanliness and comfortable beds and both were great. The beds felt like a soft, but appropriately firm memory foam that was a pleasant surprise compared to some terrible vrbo mattresses we have experienced at other locations. I was also impressed with the comfort of the living room - the couches are very comfortable, the smart tv provided a nice place to watch football with the family, and the decor, pillows, and couch blankets made it a great place to hang with our family while away from home.
