The Kuduberg House is located in a quiet residential area in Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom and has been family-owned as a residence and holiday home for three generations. With an average of over 1,906 hours of sunshine per year, Usedom is one of the sunniest regions in Germany and along the Baltic Sea. The 700-year-old town of Zinnowitz is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island. Not only have renowned painters and filmmakers been drawn to the island, but famous authors such as Kurt Tucholsky and Theodor Fontane were also fascinated by it. The latter described his feelings in a 1863 letter to his wife with the words: “One has peace and fresh air, and these two things fill one’s nerves, heart, and lungs with a quiet delight.” Zinnowitz and its surroundings offer a wide variety of activities for everyone. Both the forest and the beach provide ample space for hiking and exploring. Zinnowitz also offers numerous other recreational activities, including the “Blechbüchse” Yellow Theatre and the Club Cinema. Other towns on the island also offer unique recreational opportunities; for example, there’s the Toy Museum in Peenemünde and the Parrot House in Pudagla.

The “Storchennest” apartment is located on the upper floor of the house. It can accommodate up to 5 people. The 80 m² apartment features three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.

The holiday rental features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed (one measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m and the other 1.40 m x 2.00 m). The spacious and modern living and dining area is equipped with a TV, so you can relax comfortably in the apartment. Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an electric stove, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower. Outside, a large garden offers plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful weather. A parking space is, of course, provided.

Großzügige Fewo mit toller Lage aber mangelder Sauberkeit

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Fewo. Sie ist geräumig und in die Lage wirklich perfekt, Seebrücke, Strand, Zentrum alles nur ein Katzensprung zu Fuß. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Die Dusche war schmutzig, Essenreste an einigem Geschirr, benutze Taschentücher und Kleidungsstücke vom Vormieter und ein sehr verdeckter Staubsauger.
