Welcome to our cosy holiday rental in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck on the sunny island of Usedom!
The apartment is located in the basement but is at ground level and accessible without steps—ideal for guests seeking barrier-free accommodation.

The holiday rental features two rooms—a separate bedroom and a living room with a sleeper sofa, TV, CD player, coffee table, two armchairs, and a round dining table. Here you can relax and enjoy your holiday on the Baltic Sea.

Well-Equipped Kitchen
The small kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave—perfect for self-catering.

Bathroom and Amenities
The bathroom features a shower. Additional amenities include a washing machine. 

A private parking space is available right at the accommodation.

Family-Friendly & Services
We’re happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge upon request. Bed linens and towels are available for an additional fee.

Experience your holiday in a lovingly restored villa in the typical seaside resort architectural style in the heart of Ahlbeck on Usedom. The historic villa is located just about 150 metres from the fine sandy beach, the Ahlbeck pier, and the concert shell. From the higher-level apartments, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.

Each holiday apartment has its own parking space right on the property—a special convenience given Ahlbeck’s central location. 

The villa stands out for its central location near the beach: bakeries, supermarkets, ATMs, and numerous restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes’ walk away. Ahlbeck’s main train station is also only about 900 metres away and easily accessible on foot.

For active holidaymakers, the location offers the ideal starting point: set out directly from the beach promenade on beautiful biking and hiking tours—for example, to Zinnowitz, the Achterwasser, or across the border to Poland.

Note: The neighbouring house is currently undergoing renovation, so there may be occasional noise disturbances.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
