80m2 Holiday Home on a Farm south of Vienna
The children travelling with you are noisy, your own dog barks loudly, you don't want to disturb anyone, but you would like to live in a quiet central location yourself.
Then this holiday home is right for you. The flat is for 6 people, fully equipped, WiFi in the entire area, landscaped courtyard. Our chickens and ducks live there peacefully. They are very trusting and children are allowed to pet and feed them.
In the middle of the town of Traiskirchen, approx. 30 min south of Vienna. 8 min walk to the Wiener Lokalbahn. Directly to Vienna city centre (Vienna Opera, Kärntnerstraße) without changing trains.
Details of the building: former farm of my grandmother. We are currently renovating, the house has just been finished. The remaining buildings on the property (stable, halls, cellar) will follow.
Apart from our family of chickens and ducks, no one lives on the property. They are alone and can enjoy the peace and quiet. My husband comes by daily to check on his chickens and crosses the yard. If you need anything, feel free to tell him.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage
Schöne Ferienwohnung mit zutraulichen Hühnern und Enten. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, man sollte aber Hausschuhe mitnehmen, da der Boden kalt ist. Darauf wird aber bei den Checkininfos schon hingewiesen.
Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Parkplatz. Auf der Straße kann man kostenlos parken, allerdings muss man ewig lange nach einem Parkplatz suchen bzw ein Stück gehen. Gegen eine Gebühr kann man auf dem Grundstück parken. Dies sollte eigentlich im Mietpreis enthalten sein. Ansonsten können wir sowohl die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter als auch die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
