We are located 28 miles east of the KC Chiefs stadium and 35 miles from downtown Kansas City. Whether you’re unwinding or catching up on rest, this quaint studio offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Came up to do some work in the area and was able to bring my dog with me. The owner is very nice and loves animals. She’s very accommodating for their stay as well as yours. Short drive to the city made this a definite rebook.

Nice rental away from town. Easy to get to and quiet. Being on our motorcycle, we are always cautious of dirt roads. Some of the road to the paved driveway is gravel (about 1/4 of a mile) but it is well maintained. The owner lives on the property, which is sometimes a good thing or a bad thing. In this case, I felt like we had a lot of privacy and the owner was available if we needed anything.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Very little traffic down the country roads and neighbors are very friendly. Our property is located on the second highest hill in Odessa MO. We have a lovely winery located 1 mile north of the property, and close enough to Kansas City, MO to enjoy a day of city life!

What makes this property unique

Enjoy the beautiful view for miles! Beautiful trees surround the property. You can enjoy a little of country life while being close enough to the city to enjoy city life. We are located 28 miles from the KC Chiefs & Royals Stadiums, and 35 miles from downtown KC.
