Spacious 3-room holiday apartment right next to the Steinmarne outdoor pool, 1st floor + attic, approx. 60m², with a small play area in the attic for the “little ones.” <br>The holiday rental accommodates up to 4 people and features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a cosy sleeping area with 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm) in the converted attic, which is accessible via a staircase. The living area features a dining area and a bright, built-in kitchen, among other amenities. From here, you have access to the balcony. The cosy and sunny balcony, furnished with balcony furniture, is perfect for relaxing on holiday. The shower room/bathroom has a window, allowing natural light to enter. <br>A free parking space is, of course, included. The apartment is furnished in a modern and bright style and looks forward to welcoming you. In addition, the apartment has its own Magenta internet connection.<br><br><br>Resort:<br><br> Family-friendly holiday resort near the beach, close to the Freibad Steinmarne beach section. Duhnen Beach is approximately 450m away. In the nearby village centre of Duhnen, you’ll find shopping options as well as a wide variety of dining choices.<br><br>The Neptun holiday complex features, among other amenities, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which are available to guests free of charge. Bicycles can be locked up in the bike storage room in the basement. Each apartment has its own parking space.<br><br>The VGH Stadion am Meer on Cuxhaven’s sandy beach is the only permanent beach stadium in all of Germany. The Centre Court offers a total of 1,220 grandstand seats and a catering area with a tent. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the Neptun holiday complex!
