About this property

Cozy wooden house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Great panoramic views and the sea can be seen even if you poke over the fence. The endless sandy beach of El Palmar can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Our village has soul and is not one of the usual urbanizations in other areas. We are at your side with friendly advice and action. Dogs? No problem. We are animal lovers. The last 14 years of rental experience have shown that in addition to couples or individual travelers, many families with kids spend their holidays here. It is an ideal destination for many vacationers. However, all-inclusive people are rather out of place here and should look for something else. In August it can even get a bit crowded here on the beach. But even there you can still switch to other quieter spots. We give you the insider tips. Water sports: here is surfers want to learn surfing, windsurfing or kitesurfing? There is hardly a better place in Europe for these great sports.

The best way to learn to surf is here in town. A friend of ours has a surf school.
The best way to learn wind or kite surfing is in Tarifa. There are endless schools and rental stations.

Whale watching: In tariffs you can rent a boat and the Gibraltar Strait tour takes about 3 hours and pilot whales and dolphins are actually a bit lucky to see larger animals ...

Genau das Richtige für uns

Wunderschöne Lage mit Weg übers Land direkt zu Strand (15-20‘). Strandabschnitt ist traumhaft schön. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Holzhäuschen mit Möglichkeit zum Draussen essen.

Sin pena ni gloria

La casita aparentemente muy mona y muy coqueta. La limpieza muy deficiente. Una temeridad en los tiempos que corren.....Habia mucho polvo sobre los muebles del comedor, asientos y los dormitorios; los armarios tuvimos que limpiarlos antes de colocar la ropa ....increíble la cantidad de polvo que tenían...... En uno de los dormitorios incluso una telaraña cerca de la ventana. Cuando llegamos a la casa solo habían preparado un dormitorio, me dijo la señora que pensaba éramos pareja.....no me pareció correcto puesto que habíamos alquilado la casa no una habitación. En este dormitorio había solo una sábana bajera y unas almohadas llenas de mucho polvo. Me dieron sábanas limpias....aunque la señora que nos atendía pretendía que quitara las de una cama sobrante de la otra habitación que resultaban pequeñas para esta. No conseguí dormir en esta habitación por el olor a polvo, una telaraña y una especie de adorno de tela perforada blanca colgante del techo, sobre mi cabeza. ...imitando a una mosquitera... llena de polvo....además la cama ocupaba toda la habitación....y al estar casi pegada al suelo y a tres de las paredes...la limpieza es imposible totalmente......Los asientos de la mesa exterior estaban muy sucios, llenos de manchas...imposibles de usar.......La entrada a la cabaña llena de telarañas, más de 15...aún estarán ......El sofá muy incómodo . El agua de la ducha imposible de regular, o te abrasaba o salía muy fría. Decía el anuncio que había dos bicicletas....solo una, llena de moho y con rueda pinchada...también decía que desde la valla se veía el mar.....habría que tener mucha imaginación. El exterior de la cabaña era tierra suelta y algunas plantas casi secas....todo con muy poco encanto....tan solo la buganvilla que aparece en la foto si estaba.....había una mesa con asientos de piedra muy bonita...pero siempre con suciedad.....por lo que preferible no usarla.....Mis perros si han estado felices porque no se han enterado de nada....siento decir todo esto pero solo hago honor a la verdad.....Aunque las comparaciones son odiosas....veníamos de pasar una semana en Punta Paloma en una casita muy limpia, con vistas al mar, un pequeño jardín de lo más agradable .....Al encontrarnos con esto....sinceramente una gran decepción .....y por supuesto para lo que hemos encontrado un precio excesivo.....

Ni fu ni fa

El alojamiento en sí está bastante bien. El camino para llegar hasta allí es horroroso, pero como en casi todo el palmar. No tenemos un coche práctico para andar por estas zonas y cada vez que teníamos que entrar y salir de casa era una tortura. Si tienes un coche alto no hay problema. La casa es una cabañita de madera bastante acogedora pero le faltan muchas cosas. No hay tostadora, ni microondas, ni TV, la nevera es enana y para poner la lavadora le tienes que, avisar para que te la ponga por que no está en la casa, está fuera. Se abastece con energía solar por lo que no puedes enchufar prácticamente nada. Y con el agua más de lo mismo, hay un depósito así que tampoco puedes gastar mucho. El jardín es cómodo, puedes mover la barbacoa, las tumbonas y la mesa hacia donde quieras y así conseguir más sombra o más sol según lo que te apetezca. La casa en si está genial, pero le hace falta una reforma al interior y al exterior. Nos pareció bastante caro lo que pagamos por los servicios que ofrece

Gemütlicher Rückzugsort in fußläufiger Strandnähe

Die Hütte ist Teil eines Campo mit zwei Gästehäusern und dem Haus von Hille, die Verwalterin und Seele des Campo ist. Gelegen an einer unbefestigten Straße ist man weg vom Trubel der Bars und Restaurants des Bade- und Surf-Ortes El Palmar, ist aber in 15 Minuten zu Fuß mittendrin. Der Strand ist riesig und nicht zu voll. Man kann am Meer entlang endlose Wanderungen machen bis nach Conil auf der einen und dem Leuchtturm von Trafalgar auf der anderen Seite.

Alles perfekt!

Wir können uns unseren Vorschreibern nur anschließen. Wir fanden die letzten zwei Wochen hier auf dem Campo mit unseren Kindern von 10 und 12 Jahren einfach traumhaft. Bestes Wetter auch im Herbst. Am Strand wenig los. Geniale Wellen, keine Quallen. Wir werden jetzt wohl nur noch an den Atlantik fahren. Wer keine Luxuswohnung sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben! Supernette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, danke für alles!
