Appartment 3 - Seenland-oase Reppist

The apartment is furnished in a modern style and features one combined living room/bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa, as well as a built-in kitchen in the upper level, which is accessible via a staircase. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located on the lower level. Air conditioning is provided to ensure optimal room temperature.

The apartment can be reached via an outdoor staircase or conveniently by lift.



• The Seenland-Oase is a historic landmark that has been lovingly renovated and restored; this building was formerly the Kulturhaus Reppist.

• Outside, guests will find a playground, seating areas for rest and relaxation, and bicycle storage; a communal kitchen, a lounge, and an accessible shower and bathroom are also available. There are six rooms in the main building. The rooms are accessible via a staircase inside the building. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, located directly across the hall. The property features a communal sauna (bookable on-site for an additional fee). In Room 7, the bathroom is accessible via an outdoor staircase.
You can enjoy a pleasant holiday in seven different, spacious, and air-conditioned apartments, each with its own kitchen. A fully equipped holiday apartment has been available since 2025.

• Holidays with dogs are only permitted in Room 7 and in the caravan; pets are not allowed in the apartments or the holiday rental.

Seven bicycles are available for rent by guests of the Seenlandoase. Please book directly with the rental company on-site for a fee.


From mid-March through the end of October each year, the city of Senftenberg collects a visitor’s tax.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
