This modern apartment offers the highest level of comfort and all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday, from the spacious bathtub with shower to the fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is divided into a living and dining area, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open kitchen, a bedroom, and an additional sleeper sofa in the living area.
A baby cot and high chair are available and can be booked upon request.
The quiet garden with a barbecue area (charcoal grill) invites you to spend a few cosy and carefree hours enjoying nature. Here you can unwind and relax from the stresses of everyday life.

Surrounded by mountains and the picturesque landscape of the Rhön, our holiday rental is located in the small village of Unterebersbach (just under 400 residents). Unterebersbach lies on the Franconian Saale River, right along the road from Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale to Steinach. The Franconian Marienweg trail runs through Unterebersbach. It is a long-distance hiking trail approximately 1,920 km long that passes through the Bavarian administrative districts of Lower Franconia, Upper Franconia, and Middle Franconia. It passes through 87 pilgrimage sites in the Diocese of Würzburg and the Archdiocese of Bamberg.

With good connections to many hiking trails, there are also plenty of other opportunities for sports and recreational activities. Even in winter, the various ski lifts and cross-country trails in the area invite visitors to enjoy winter sports. The listed price is per night (minimum stay of 2 nights) for up to 4 people, including utilities and other fees, as well as sales tax.
