Nestled on 20 acres of picturesque countryside, our spacious farm home offers the perfect blend of rustic tranquility and modern comfort. Whether you want to enjoy fresh eggs for breakfast, a private stroll through the pasture past the pond, or simply watch livestock graze in the fields, this is the ultimate country hideaway. The serene space features a king bed and a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can enjoy privacy in one of the two full bathrooms. A wonderful living room with an additional sunroom provides extra comfort and beautiful views for relaxing evenings. Outdoor seating and table on a large deck where enjoying the sun and pastoral views abound. Heating and AC keep the atmosphere just right, no matter the season. Our thoughtfully designed home features an open-concept living area with abundant natural light. The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining and living spaces, creating an ideal environment for entertaining and relaxing after a day of exploring.

This property is serene and isolated yet only minutes from bustling Oak Harbor. The property is well kept and the views are picturesque and mesmerizing. The home is somewhat vintage and sparsely furnished with a less cluttered, peaceful vibe. The king bed was amazingly comfortable. We would be happy to stay here again.

This close-to-town farmhouse was perfect for our small gathering of two elder generations of the family. It is sunlit and spacious and takes advantage of a gorgeous view of fields and a pond lively with water birds. Peace and relaxation in a quiet country setting... no traffic noise, just a few geese and redtailed hawk calls... There are nice couches and chairs placed perfectly in the living room, sun room, and deck, so you can move between shade and sun, and keep chatting while watching the sky and farm. The beds were great, and there is a futon as well, so we could sleep all four of us easily. The kitchen handled our cooking for 4 -6 people, with a nice counter/stools as well as a table big enough for 6. Jennifer was super helpful - brought us fresh farm eggs, extra bedding, and offered to bring a big stew pot if I needed one, and she had also mowed a path down through the fields to the pond, making a pleasant loop that we walked every day! This is a farm property with well water (good tasting) and a septic system, so one must respect that, with the reward of the countryside setting. The house is simply but very comfortably outfitted, and everything was clean, carpet was nice, laundry available. There is no dishwasher, but we had fun washing up together. There is a collection of games, a very good TV, and good wifi. All our family members really enjoyed this home. If we gather again in the coming year, we will definitely be coming back! Property was clean, spacious, and affordable. Check-in process was easy. Beds were comfortable. HOWEVERThere were a number of little things which added up to making the stay less than ideal.-The electrical outlets were not up to code. There were no GFCI outlets, except for one outlet in one bathroom confounding located midway up a wall with no shelf beneath it. I showed pictures to my IBEW electrician friend who confirmed that they are not up to code.-The "wall" between the master bed and master bath does not go all the way to the ceiling. This baffling design choice means that your roommate can hear (and smell) you using the toilet.-The door to the master bedroom did not close-There was no extra TP in one of the bathrooms. The other had an extra roll, but it was stored in a cabinet 12 feet away from the toilet.-One of the toilets had a highly visible ring. Not sure why this gets missed in cleaning.-Appliances are very minimal. The kitchen has nothing but the barest basics. There is no ironing board or iron.-Light sources were often harsh and uninviting. -There is absolutely NO decor anywhere in the house except for one comically oversized wall clock. The word "backrooms" was thrown about frequently during our stay.I think this place has potential, but the owners really need to fix the electrical and carpentry and buy some wall art.
