• Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, with late check-out also subject to availability and additional charges.

• Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £500 may be required to cover incidental costs or damage during your stay.

• No Party Policy:
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a minimum automatic fine of £2,000 and may be subject to further legal action under local regulations.

• No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. A £300 fee will apply if this policy is breached, including any necessary cleaning costs.

• Damage Policy:
Guests must report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of check-in. Unreported damages discovered after departure may be charged accordingly.
