The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, terrace, and garden furniture.

Ližnjan. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars).

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September 2.50 m x 4.20 m 1.40 m deep).

Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (30 l, freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed, access to the balcony (3 sqm) and with sea view. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
