“Schloßalm” Holiday Rental: This log cabin is a beautiful wooden house with a terrace and garden. The tastefully decorated interior and the country-style kitchenette invite you to relax and unwind. For groups of up to 9 people, both the “Hirsch” and “Fuchsbau” holiday apartments in the basement can be booked. Each apartment has a separate entrance, a parking space next to the house, and a terrace leading to the garden.
Final cleaning fee: 50 EUR; this fee is waived if you clean the apartment yourself. Check-in Monday through Saturday: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Upon arrival: Key pickup at Pension Berghof—Lutzenfeld 1. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.
Activities: Swimming, Nordic walking, rock climbing, bus tours. A toy box for toddlers is available upon request. A playground with a ping-pong table and a football field is just a 5-minute walk away.
Holiday Apartment II (Basement): 1–3 people—living/bedroom, approx. 28 m², with a double bed and a pull-out couch. Dining table with chairs. Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, country-style kitchenette with stove and oven, sink, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Dishwasher, dishes, glasses, towels, and bed linens. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Terrace opening onto the garden, parking at the house. Quiet, secluded location. Final cleaning: 50 EUR or free if you clean the apartment yourself.

Quiet location on the edge of the forest. Starting point for many hikes to the alpine pastures. Nordic walking trails. Swimming lakes, an outdoor pool, a children’s playground, and beer gardens nearby. Shopping options and a café/bakery are within a 5-minute walk. Perfect for skiing and sledding in the ski resorts and on the cross-country ski trails around Brannenburg. Brannenburg is just 14 km from the Sudelfeld ski resort. Lake Chiemsee is only a 20-minute drive away. It’s a 20-minute walk to the Wendelstein rack-railway. Day trips: Lake Chiemsee is 20 minutes away, and Rosenheim is 15 minutes away. Fairy-tale and wildlife parks are in the area. The Kaiser Mountains in Kufstein can be reached in 25 minutes. The outdoor pool in Flintsbach (2 km) is a great place to swim and relax.
