Tucked away on a private winding gravel road, the home offers a secluded mountain experience while remaining just 10 minutes from North Asheville shopping and dining and 15–20 minutes from downtown Asheville.

By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area.

- No pets allowed.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- For the security of our guests and property, 5 exterior Ring cameras are installed — Front doorbell camera, one down by the garage, one at the backdoor entrance under the deck, one in front of the house off the side (off to the right if looking at the house) & one in the backyard (off the bottom of the deck looking towards the septic field area). No interior cameras are present.

- Parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway & garage (2 on the lower driveway near the garage, 2 on the upper driveway, and 2 on the gravel area above the driveway ). Please note that street parking is not allowed.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

- Please note that the property experienced some outdoor damage as a result of Hurricane Helene. While all interior spaces and guest amenities remain fully functional, you may notice some minor exterior areas that are still being restored.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
