Die Wohnung in der obersten Etage mit dem Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist wunderbar - tolle Lage, so schön hell mit großen, weit zu öffnenden Fenstern, einem tollen Balkon mit Blick in den Wald. Das Haus von außen hatte uns bei der Ankunft etwas erschreckt, da es wie eine Mietskaserne aussieht. Allerdings hat sich der erste Eindruck vollständig gewandelt, alles sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Und die Wohnung ist wirklich toll, mit allem was dazugehört. Uns gefiel es sehr gut, dass die Wohnung modern und gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Zu beachten ist allerdings, dass es keinen Aufzug nach oben gibt, was für uns kein Problem darstellte, allerdings doch wissenswert ist. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Wünschenswert wäre ,die Möglichkeit den Lift benutzen zu können,der nur für die Mieter des Hauses zugänglich ist! Sehr nett und hilfreich war Frau Hohlfeld als Ansprechpartnerin bei Fragen oder Problemen!
