Private Lakefront holiday house on large property



We guarantee you will be relaxed while staying at this beautiful location where you will have a large outdoor area (8890 square feet) all to your selves. The house is situated on Lake Ylen where you will enjoy your own pier, boat with motor, sauna with a large window viewing the lake as well as a cozy fire/bbq pit right by the lake.



This house is a great place for dogs as well as children. We have a playhouse in the yard and a large trampoline with a saferty net. Your dog will love running and exploring around the large yard (partially fenced).



3 bedrooms (1. with kingsized bed (sleeps 2), 2. with 2 single beds, 3. with single bed and 1 bunk bed with full lower bed and twin top bed (sleeps 3-4)), a 4th bedroom/office is available with room for a travel crib.

Between 1.8. - 30.9. you can only fish from the beachline. Fishing by boat is forbidden.

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kinder im Alter von 11, 9 und 8 Jahren für zwei Wochen in dieser herrlichen Unterkunft. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß mit direktem Zugang zum See (Ylen). Das vorhandene Ruderboot wurde sehr viel genutzt und im See sind wir auch geschwommen. Auch das Trompolin wurde viel besprungen. Im Haus gabe es alles, was nötig war und es war sehr sauber. Auf der Veranda haben wir viel gesessen und die Aussicht genossen. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen sind und man gefühlt auf dem Lattenrost liegt und dafür, dass eine der Mülltonnen an der Straße während unseres Aufenthalts nicht geleert wurde. Aber wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Die Kücheneinrichtung war sehr gut, auch für die Kinder war das Ferienhaus ein Paradies. Die Lage am See war auch Top. Leider sind die Fenster in keinem guten Zustand und ließen sich ganz schlecht schließen. Allgemein war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher weniger gut, da das Haus leider nicht gut gepflegt wird

Sehr sauberes Haus, urig, schöne Aufteilung, ein grosses, gepflegtes Grundstück, privater Steg mit Boot und Motor, Feuerstelle und Sauna direkt am See, kleines Paradies für Kinder. Tolle Kommunikation zur Vermieterin, schnelle Reaktion bei Problem. Die Küche könnte etwas ausgebaut werden, wenig Abstellfläche und Zubereitungsmöglichkeit.

Einfach traumhaft schön

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub war es wieder in Schweden. Im Ferienhaus fühlten wir uns fast wie zu Hause. Der persönliche stil der Einrichtung. Einfach toll. An Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Grundstück und der see einfach fantastisch.

Familienfreundliches Ferienhaus

Ein wunderschönes, großes Haus, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht! Auch in der Küche ist alles da, Gewürze, Mehl, Öl,.. Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und fühlt sich bewohnt an (nicht so karg wie manche andere Ferienwohnung). Der offene Kamin im Wohnzimmer bringt zwar nicht so viel Wärme, war während unseres verregneten Aufenthaltes (bei 12 Grad..) aber total gemütlich. Holz gab es auch genügend für Ofen und Sauna. In einem der Schlafzimmer gab es auch noch einen funktionierenden Ofen, sonst Elektroheizungen. Der Garten ist riesig, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, Trampolin, Schaukel, Steg, Fußballtor, Boot, Sauna am See und das Highlight der Kinder ein kleines Mini-Schwedenhaus, eingeri mit Kinderküche, Puppen etc - da wurde schon im Schlafanzug nach dem Aufstehen gespielt! Leider hat die Buchung der Bettwäsche und Handtücher über die Agentur nicht geklappt, diese hat es nicht an die Besitzer weitergegeben. Nach einem Anruf kam Anita aber direkt vorbei und hat uns damit versorgt! Danke dafür noch einmal!

Idyllisch

Traumhaftes Grundstück direkt am See mit eigenem kleinen Boot. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und mit nützlichen Dingen wie Kerzen, Spülmittel usw. vorbereitet. Im Garten und auf der Veranda so wie am Wasser gibt es vielfältige Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit Hund hier sehr genossen.
