Was in town for a concert. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the venue. House was very clean and spacious. Great for me and two friends, but also had a lot of extra rooms and beds if a bigger group was staying. Price was shockingly low. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in town!

Since this is our first booking through VRBO, among several red flags, our host was notified that our booking might be a high risk for potentially throwing a party. I was devastated to say the least, I don't know anyone more boring than me. After messaging the host, he was kind enough to take a chance on us. I am so grateful that he did. We arrived late and left early, we were there to sleep. The house was clean and the bathroom was mold free. The bedding was also clean. Towels and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash were provided. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking essentials. Being in an older area, the neighborhood was well kept. It looks like the neighborhood is being rejuvenated. I especially liked the tall ceilings and woodwork. Considering our short stay,the booking was a great value. It was the first time we have stayed overnight for many years because of a special needs pet, who passed last winter. The host's kindness made our little mini vacation enjoyable. I can't thank him enough. We would consider booking again, if we are in the area.

They really need to change the description of this property. It's not a 2 bedroom house!!! It's 3 bedroom duplex. And they could really use a landscaper. Definitely recommend getting some outdoor furniture. Has a nice front porch but couldn't utilize it. There was a small cleaning issue I sent photos upon checking in.

We're sorry about the cleaning issue you noticed at check-in — we appreciate you sending photos, and we're addressing it with our cleaning team right away. Just to clarify, this unit is a 3-bedroom instead of 2-bedroom which you booked it's an upgrade, as I have a plumbing issue with the 2 bedroom. Regarding the porch: we've intentionally held off on outdoor furniture there, as the area unfortunately has a high risk of theft. We're actively working on landscaping as well — we only took over the property in April, so it's a work in progress, and your feedback helps us prioritize what to tackle next.
