a bathtub, shower, and toilet upstairs, a bathroom on the ground floor, and a separate toilet
on the ground floor.




The approximately 50-square-meter living/dining room features a fully
equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher; a cosy corner bench with
seating for up to 10 people; a large living room suite; a 75-inch
Samsung Smart TV (compatible with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.); and a Blu-ray player, all of which are
available. When the sun is shining, enjoy the approximately 80 m² terrace and
the large garden of this south-facing apartment.

Welcome to our Monika-Mellau Apartments
Feel right at home in our newly renovated, modern, and comfortably furnished apartments. Our apartment building is located in a quiet area yet right in the centre of Mellau, nestled in a beautiful landscape with a view of the impressive local mountain, the “Kanisfluh.”
The ski lifts are just a few minutes’ walk away, and the cross-country trails and walking paths start right outside the front door. The “Dorfblitz” bus stop in Mellau is about 100 metres away. When snow conditions are good, you can ski right down to the front of the house; in the morning, simply strap on your skis and glide along the cross-country trail to the bus stop. The Dosegg natural toboggan run, which is partially lit at night, runs right behind the house.
In summer, the Mellenbach stream is nearby for trout fishing, and the Mellau swimming pool—heated from late May through early September—is about 100 metres away.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 9:00 AM.
