In a quiet position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop "Saint pons" 1.5 km, sandy beach "du Lavandou" 3 km. Sports harbour 4 km. Nearby attractions: Magic World 24 km, Saint Tropez 40 km, Parc Olbius Riquier 20 km, Le Jardin des Méditerranées 17 km. Hiking paths: Sentiers du Littoral. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Le Lavandou, 3 km. The owner lives on the same property.

Leider nur 3 Sterne

Der Weg zum Haus ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.Der Chek In war nur im Verwaltungsbüro in Le Lavandou , leider war keine Person vor Ort, um das Haus zu erklären.Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes Objekt mit Pool.
