The finca is located on a hill near Son Servera between Arta and Cala Millor, with fantastic, direct panoramic sea views of the bay of Cala Millor.
Up here there is absolute silence and the property is not visible. The modern furnished house with its own driveway offers on 240 m2 of two-storey living space offers on the first floor a bright, friendly living room with fireplace, a large, fully equipped kitchen with additional seating, 1 gräumiges double bedroom with double bed of 200 x 150cm as well as a large closet and 1 bathroom.
The finca is not air-conditioned, but from the sea side is always a pleasant breeze and by the natural stone facing is a pleasant climate in the finca.
On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a bed of 200 x 160cm and the dressing room next to it. Also on the upper floor is the 3rd bedroom, which can be used for children as well as adults. There will be a new bed of 200 x 140cm from February 2023 (photos will follow soon). For the very little ones there is a baby crib, high chair and rocking horse.
The lovingly selected furnishings give vacation feelings and this continues in the beautifully landscaped outdoor area. The large pool of 9 x 4.5m with a depth of 0.8m - 1.6m is located directly in front of the panoramic terrace, so you always have your children in view. The gardens with trees, shrubs and many flowers and the whole ambience do the rest to feel absolutely comfortable here and to relax undisturbed.
Of course, this also includes the large brick charcoal grill right at the edge of the terrace.
In the small town of Son Servera there are well-stocked supermarkets as well as bars and restaurants.
The long fine sandy beach of Cala Millor can be reached in 5 - 10 minutes by car and also the dreamlike sandy bays of the Calas de Mallorca are not far away from here.
Also golf lovers can count themselves lucky at this location, because whole four well-known golf courses are in the proximity: "Pula Golf", "Son Servera", "Capdepera Golf" and "Golf Course Canyamel".
