About this property

Ruhige Lage Strandnah

Built in 2016, this cosy thatched-roof house with approximately 136 m² of living space and a panoramic balcony offers you high-quality living comfort. It is located in a quiet residential area, close to the ocean (5 min) and the town centre. The ground floor features a large (50 m²) living-dining area with a modern kitchen and a fireplace, as well as a bathroom with a sauna. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
A small garden with a patio rounds out the picture.
A dream running route for joggers. A short walk takes you to the Wustrow pier, where you can enjoy a leisurely meal or coffee with a view of the Baltic Sea. The beautiful Bodden side is also well worth seeing. Be sure to visit the small, charmingly landscaped harbour as well. On the way to the harbour, you’ll pass the old Wustrow church. The church’s 18-meter-high tower is open to the public, and from there you can enjoy a sweeping panoramic view of the town

Das Haus war sehr schön nur schade das im gesamten Gebiet die Straßen bzw. Wege erneuert wurden. Das hätte man vorher sagen können.
