With 80 square metres of living space, this sunny apartment is luxuriously furnished—it comfortably accommodates 4 people and a baby. A balcony facing west towards the sea invites you to relax.
One bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (bed linens and towels included), a TV, and a closet; the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, a closet, and a TV.
A modern, fully equipped open-concept kitchen, a cosy living room, and the dining area invite you to relax. The spacious bathroom features a rain shower. A washing machine and dryer are available for your exclusive use.
Your car is safely parked in the underground garage in a very spacious parking space, and a lockable storage room for your exclusive use—for example, for your bicycles, complete with charging capabilities (e-bike)—is available.
