Kein konkreter Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Zwar sehr bemüht, aber weder der englischen, spanischen oder deutschen Sprachen mächtig. Buchung war nicht eingetragen. Das komplette Geld im Voraus bezahlt. Check-In war erst nach vier Stunden möglich trotz anderer Absprache. Um etwas Positives zu erwähnen: die Lage war toll!
