In front of the house is a beautiful and pleasant terrace, which invites you to linger, sunbathe and enjoy meals together. The garden is fully fenced and offers outdoor privacy.
On hot summer days, you can find refreshment on the nearby beach, which is ideal for all ages. Iii is a small tourist town known for its beautiful marina and beach, which offers a range of entertainment options. There is also a kilometre-long promenade along the seafront.
