We enjoyed the clean warm hot tub and fire pit by roasting marshmallows. We were close to the lake for boating and swimming. we also brought our bikes and enjoyed a lovely ride on the non-busy roadsThe Deckers

Did you ever walk in to a home and think....this is too good to be true?? Well, here is one instance where it IS all true and MORE!!!! I often feel things happen for a reason, or if there is something you are wishing/waiting for...it will come to you when the time is right. Boy was my timing right!!!! I cannot begin to say how absolutely wonderful and charming this home is! You are comfortable from the moment you pull into the drive! Laurie has gone above and beyond for her guests! It all started with the most wonderous greeting on the white board by the coffee maker! Immediately I felt warm and cozy! We had been looking for MONTHS for my aunts/mom/cousin to stay...and zero success. On a whim, I looked around again and that is when this gem appeared! Divine intervention?? Mayhaps! But we were beyond blessed to find this home for rent! We will be back! That is a promise! We loved the porch, oh my goodness, that porch!!!! It was so peaceful, quite, and soul healing!!!! I cannot say enough positives on our experience, but trust me, stay here and you will feel like family!!!

The listing was exactly as described. My family enjoyed the secluded feel despite having places close by. The house was very clean and comfortable including the beds which is a rare find. The hot tub and fire pit were amazing and exactly what we needed to enjoy every second of the weekend getaway!
