Our high-quality holiday rental is located on a former three-sided farmstead in an idyllic setting in the village of Dobra, in the municipality of Dürröhrsdorf-Dittersbach in the district of Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Ore Mountains. The entire property, which covers approximately 10,000 m², features many fruit trees, including apple, pear, quince, plum, cherry, and walnut trees, as well as several linden trees. There are also a few sheep and chickens here.
In Dobra, you’ll spend your holiday in a small, quiet village surrounded by fields, meadows, and forests, not far from Dresden. Peace and quiet and unspoiled nature await you. You can reach Saxon Switzerland on foot in about an hour. By car, it takes about half an hour to get to Dresden, 20 km away, or to the inner regions of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland.
Our holiday rental is an ideal place to relax in any season, as well as a starting point for hikes in Saxon Switzerland and for interesting excursions to the numerous sights in the surrounding area.
Another holiday rental, “Apfelgarten,” which accommodates up to 4 people, is located in the same building and offers the opportunity to spend a relaxed and restful time with additional family members, friends, and acquaintances.
The former cross-vaulted stables of the main building have been extensively renovated. Yoga classes are held here regularly. Our holiday guests may participate by prior arrangement.
This high-quality and tastefully furnished holiday apartment was completely restored in 2020 and accommodates 2 people. There is the option to accommodate up to 2 additional guests (sofa bed in the living area). Covering an area of approximately 60 square metres, the bright apartment features a spacious living area with an open yet separate kitchen area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. New windows—some floor-to-ceiling—glass doors, oak hardwood floors with underfloor heating, and a fully equipped kitchen create a modern and attractive living environment. The farmhouse’s original character is reflected in the carefully restored wooden ceiling and several exposed sandstone elements.
Rentals will begin in spring 2021.
