„Hervorragender Service und liebevolle Einrichtung!“ ​Die Vermietagentur war stets erreichbar und hat in kürzester Zeit reagiert – sie macht wirklich vieles möglich. Das Mietobjekt war exakt wie beschrieben, der Eindruck der Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und modern. ​Besonders positiv: Die Sanierung der Straße/des Gehwegs wurde bereits vor der Buchung transparent angekündigt. Uns hat dies jedoch nicht gestört, da während unseres Aufenthalts keine baulichen Maßnahmen stattgefunden haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine super-saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist! Erstaunlich, dass man auf wenigen Quadratmetern so viel Staufläche schaffen kann. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Blick ins Grüne, die ruhige aber zentrale Lage, die große Sonnenterasse für alle Gäste. Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Haus zu Gast und kommen wieder, weil hier einfach alles passt!

die Wohnung N° 34 befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss. Die Treppe ist recht steil und für Gehbehinderte nicht leicht zu erklimmen. Leider fehlt ein Aufzug im Gebäude. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad/WC. Wohnzimmer und Küche waren optimal, alles war da ( Fernseher, WLAN, 4-Platten-Cerankochfeld, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeekocher, Toaster usw.). Schlafzimmer und Bad waren recht eng, für große und übergewichtige Leute vielleicht zu eng.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten Haus. Toll eingerichtete Wohnung, alles sehr modern und man hat alles was man benötigt. Das Bett ist mega bequem allerdings ist der Platz drumherum sehr beengt. Das Bad ist auch etwas beengt für große Gäste aber sauber. Alles in allem liebevoll eingerichtet.
