    Great little Studio efficiency Apartment

    Everything you need for a short stay! Very Clean property near many attractions. Grocery Store just minutes away. Correspondence with owner was very easy and all inquiries were answered quickly.

    A Germany get away.

    The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood felt like a neighborhood, I could go out and walk and not feel unsafe. There are several restaurants within walking distance, a delightful bakery about 2.5-3 blocks away and a ReWe grocery store about an 8 minute walk away. It was like being at home, away from home. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area!

    Klein aber fein

    Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte die meisten Sachen die man braucht. Allerdings war sie für unsere Zwecke nicht geeignet, da die Küche für uns zu klein war und Kleinigkeiten wie eine Schere, Backpapier oder ein Brotmesser gefehlt haben. Am meisten hat uns allerdings das smarte Schloss gestört, da dieses ständig nicht verbunden hat und man jedes mal länger vor der Tür dumm rumstehen musste. Ohne mobiles Internet wäre man komplett aufgeschmissen. Außerdem konnte man nachts die Tür nicht abschließen, da man sonst im Ernstfall nicht ohne Handy die Tür hätte öffnen können. Die Terassentür war kaputt, aber ohne Hinweis dazu. Zu guter Letzt ist uns wichtig noch die Kurtaxe zu erwähnen, die bei der Buchung und bei der Ankunft nicht erwähnt wurde und erst am dritten Tag in bar gefordert wurde. Da wir kein Bargeld dabei hatten, haben wir die Kurtaxe nachträglich per PayPal bezahlt, aber warten noch immer auf eine Rechnung + Bestätigung dieser. Ist uns bis jetzt so noch nie passiert. Insgesamt waren es für uns viele Kleinigkeiten die nicht so gut gepasst haben.

    Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung an der wir gerne Arbeiten. Jedoch möchte ich mich kurz dazu äußern. Das Nuki Schloss kann selbstverständlich geschlossen werden und auch manuell von innen bei einem Ernstfall geöffnet werden. Hätte man damit bedenken gehabt, wäre eine kurze Info selbstverständlich möglich gewesen. Bezüglich der Kur Taxe bin ich sehr verwundert. Denn es ist klar vom Anbieter Fewo oder Booking beschrieben, dass die Kurtaxe extra vom Vermieter eingefordert werden muss. Sie kann in Bar, per Paypal oder Überweisung gezahlt werden. Gerne kann man sich auch bei der Internetseite der Stadt Wiesbaden über diese informieren. Das sie noch keine Rechnung erhalten haben liegt daran, dass ich ihre Daten noch nicht erhalten habe. Auch dies wäre kein Problem gewesen. Sehr schade das diese Kleinigkeiten ihren Aufenthalt so beleuchtet haben. Ich wünsche ihnen jedoch alles Gute.

    Einfach toller Wochendtrip!

    Tolle Wohnung mit super Gastfreundlichkeit von Seiten des Vermieters! Beste Lage mit schneller Erreichbarkeit der Bahn. In 5 Minuten bereits beim Wiesbadener Hbf. Reibungsloser Ablauf der Buchung sowie des Check-Ins! Auf jeden Fall in Kürze wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert.
