A private parking space right next to the house ensures maximum convenience.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of House No. 10, which has only four units, within the Lemkenhafen vacation complex—quiet, intimate, and wonderfully relaxing. Please note: there are 5 steps leading up to the front door.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa that invites you to settle in and unwind. The open kitchen with an adjoining dining area is perfect for culinary moments for two. In the separate bedroom with a double bed, you’ll enjoy restful nights. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the cozy atmosphere.

The absolute highlight? The furnished balcony—here you can enjoy the sun while breathing in the fresh Baltic Sea air, have breakfast, or admire the breathtaking sunset through the panoramic window in the evening.

We’ve even thought of your bicycles: They can be parked conveniently and securely at the bike rack right next to the house.

The island is considered one of the best sailing destinations in the world, and there are plenty of surfers here too, as the wind conditions are almost always perfect!
