Our townhouse is perfectly located to enjoy the Crested Butte area. The main floor is located up a flight of stairs from the garage, and has a living room with fireplace, smart tv, deck; and a kitchen and dining area with seating for 4 with an extra bench for more folks. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready to feed the family.

The main sleeping area is on the next level with the Master Bedroom hosting a King bed , ensuite bathroom, and private deck. Down the hall you'll pass a full bathroom before entering the 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed and lots of light. The last set of stairs leads to the 3rd level and 3rd bedroom with a Queen/Twin bunkbed. There is also a bonus loft with a play/reading area.

The entry level has a full garage to house your vehicle and gear, and a washer and dryer.

This home has 3 levels with stairs. Hot Tub and Sauna are located at the Eagles Nest entrance.

In the wintertime, the driveway may be icy/snow packed! Good tire tread is highly recommended.
