This spacious and comfortably furnished holiday home spans two floors and, with approximately 80 m², offers plenty of space for up to four people. Situated in a quiet location, it’s ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. A private parking space and a furnished terrace are, of course, included.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a light-filled living and dining area with a stylishly furnished dining set—perfect not only for dining but also for relaxing. The adjoining terrace is accessible directly from the dining area and offers plenty of space for sunbathing, al fresco dining, or simply unwinding. High-quality patio furniture is provided for this purpose.
The living area is equipped with a modern corner sofa, a smart TV, and a reading lamp—ideal for relaxing evenings or cosy reading sessions. You’ll quickly feel right at home here.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want: an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, range hood with vent to the outside, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker are all provided. A convenient serving hatch connects the kitchen and dining area in a particularly comfortable way.
The entryway features a spacious foyer with a coat closet and a small storage room. A separate guest bathroom on the ground floor provides additional convenience. A bright staircase leads you to the upper floor.
There you’ll find two cosy bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and its own TV. All rooms can be darkened with roller shades—some of which are electric—ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom with a window features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and its own washing machine.
This is a non-smoking apartment. The accommodation is intended exclusively for families and couples—groups or clubs are not permitted.
