Adults-Only Holiday Rental: 37 m² of living space with a private 22 m² south-facing terrace. Our BLICKSÜD apartment is ideal for two guests and, if needed, a third person on a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The Apartment: LOCATION
Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building on Römerweg in Unterburg, completed in 2022.
We’re right at the start of the lakeside promenade, above an ice cream parlour.
Park your car conveniently in our on-site parking space number 2.
The towns of St. Kanzian and Kühnsdorf are just a few kilometres away.
The local mountain, Petzen, is a 25-minute drive away and offers opportunities for mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. 
THE ROOMS
The modern holiday apartment measures 37 m², divided into an entryway, bathroom, kitchen-living area, and bedroom.
The living and sleeping areas feature elegant oak flooring. Both areas have direct access to the large south-facing terrace.

The 50-inch Smart TV with satellite reception and our in-house bar are also at your disposal.
