für Naturliebhaber und Radfahrer und auch für Golfer gut geeignet. Als Badeurlaub weniger.

Alles in Allem recht gut. Haus und Garten i. O. Leider viel die Heißwasserversorgung im OG aus. Alle (9 Pers.) mussten unten duschen.

Albtraum-Urlaub! Nicht zu empfehlen!

Unsere Unzufriedenheit liegt nicht an den Mängeln am Haus (ein undichtes Reetdach, ein unbenutzbares Bad (kein Warmwasser) und eine undichte Duschwand im anderen Badezimmer, die regelmäßig Überschwemmungen verursachte), sondern am Umgang des Vermieters mit diesen Problemen. Als wir den Vermieter das erste Mal kontaktierten, trat an mehreren Stellen im Haus Wasser durch die Decke, sodass wir Eimer aufstellen mussten, um weitere Überschwemmungen zu verhindern. Zunächst zeigte er sich kulant und bat an, dass wir aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten früher abreisen könnten. Nachdem wir unsere Koffer gepackt hatten, kippte die Stimmung jedoch plötzlich und uns wurde mitgeteilt, man habe noch einmal Rücksprache gehalten und wir würden keine Rückerstattungen des Geldes bei Abreise erhalten. Wir konnten also unsere Koffer wieder entpacken, während Dachdecker an Bauarbeiten am Haus beschäftigt waren. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich insgesamt wenig kooperativ, so wurden unsere Probleme wiederholt diskreditiert und die Schuld bei uns gesucht. Wir haben derweil von unterschiedlichen Quellen erfahren, dass die Schäden am Dach schon lange bestehen würden. Weiterhin verschaffte sich der Vermieter mehrfach unbefugt Zugang zum Haus/Grundstück, sodass Entspannung vor Ort gar nicht mehr möglich war. Leider fehlt es hier an Platz, um eine vollumfängliche Rezension schreiben zu können, abschließend bleibt aber nur zu sagen, dass wir dringend von einer Buchung abraten. Nie wieder!!
