Spread over two floors, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, five bedrooms – three with double beds and two additional rooms with single beds, which can serve as children's bedrooms. A particular highlight is the large, cozy conservatory on the upper floor with an adjoining roof terrace of approximately 40 square meters. In winter, you can enjoy a direct view of the Amanda windmill from the sofa.
This spacious, open-plan room also serves as the living room, the heart of the apartment, and invites you to enjoy movie nights with the whole family on a large flat-screen TV. You'll find plenty of space for your morning routine in the two bathrooms, each with a shower and hairdryer. A towel warmer ensures you always have a warm towel at your fingertips.
Enjoy the evening sun on the furnished roof terrace or in the garden. Enjoy a refreshing Flensburger beer while gazing towards the Schlei fjord and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. A parking space and a lockable bicycle shed are available.
