Bei Anreise mussten wir leider feststellen, das die Unterkunft sehr unsauber war. Decken, Kissen und Matratzen waren sehr fleckig. Auch die Vorhänge waren kaputt und fleckig. Mit Strümpfen konnte man nicht laufen, da der Fußboden sehr dreckig war. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Parkplätze vor Ort waren auch sehr eng. Für größere Autos ist das sehr schwer dort. Jedoch war das Personal von HD Feriendomizil sehr nett und hat unsere Beschwerde sehr ernst genommen. Wir würden wieder über sie buchen, nur nicht wieder diese Unterkunft.

Tolle Lage, schlecht gepflegt

Wir haben an der wunderschönen Ostsee unseren Jahresurlaub verbracht.Es war ein erlebnisreicher und dennoch erholsamer Urlaub.Leider war die Unterkunft nur auf den ersten Blick schön.Es war sehr modern eingerichtet, jedoch war es nicht sauber. Es fehlte an Geschirr, die Außenanlage und die Gartenmöbel waren sehr ungepflegt. Es waren 2 Staubsauger im Objekt, jedoch funktionnierte keiner. Auf Nachfrage bei dem Anbieter wurde uns zugesichert, dass ein Ersatzgerät gebracht wird. Dies passierte nach 8 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach den Vorstellungen, lediglich das quietschende Bett und die durchgelegenden Matratzen haben den Aufenthalt negativ beeinträchtigt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub und ein tolles Ferienhaus. Sehr gute Lage ,schöne Einrichtungen und wenn es mal kälter ist,dann kann man die Heizung einfach starten. Ein absolutes Plus ;) Kommen gerne wieder.
