Guests enjoy three bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub and shower for added comfort. The interior stays warm and inviting thanks to efficient heating. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this tranquil retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our gorgeous house. Very nice park within easy walking distance. Playground , Pickleball and basketball hoop. Also trail system to walk down to the Gunnison River.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was really convenient with the park right around the corner, and our kids had plenty of room to run around out back and play. The bed was comfortable, and it was the perfect home for our group of 7 to hang out!

Great house in a great neighborhood. We planned to bring our dog but did not in the end. That said, being a dog friendly property you may be interested to know the backyard is fenced however it does not have grass in the backyard (concrete patio). That wouldn’t bother me but just in case. Everything in the home is excellent and super clean, spacious and updated with brand new bathrooms/showers. If you are being picky, the carpet while very clean is older and worn. Again this did not bother us but just noting. We will gladly stay here again.

Really nice house and host. It took a couple tries to get hold of the host initially, but after we established communication (he was initially out of cell range) all comms were smooth and easy.The property is really nice, great front porch, great back yard space for relaxing, Interesting floor plan with a lot of privacy between rooms. Nice relaxing family room in the basement as well.Front door lock is a bit weird, but once you get it, you got it. Neighborhood is quiet and really near all of downtown Gunnison.

A new host with great communication skills and easily accessible to questions during our stay. However, our expectations were higher for the price point compared to other houses we have stayed at in the same area.Could use a number of improvements (ie additional kitchen accommodations, fans or ceiling fans in bedrooms, and usable screens in windows and doors) along with updated carpet in bedrooms and electrical throughout house.Location is great, beds are comfy, and host is happy to help. With some updates this house has the foundation to be popular stay!
