Das Team vom Vermittlungs Büro Knauff hat ebenfalls fünf Sterne verdient, einen sehr guten Service

Das Team vom Vermittlungs Büro Knauff hat ebenfalls fünf Sterne verdient, einen sehr guten Service vor Ort. Die Ferienwohnung Sandrock hat eine super Lage, ist ca. 500m von der Ostsee entfernt, die Wohnung ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man für den Ostsee Urlaub braucht. Das einzige was einwenig klein ausfällt ist das Waschbecken im Bad und die Glasschiebetür hat zur falschen seite das gefälle, somit geht sie nach dem schließen wieder Automatisch auf, nicht gerade vom vorteil. Im Kinderzimmer läßt sich nur sehr schwer das Fenster öffnen, dadurch entsteht Staunässe an den Fensterscheiben und ebenfalls im Flurbereich. Da wir schon des Öfteren Ferienappartments der Fam. Sandrock in den letzten Jahren im Haus Sol Mare gebucht haben sind wir super zufrieden mit den Wohnungen. Da wir aus Krankheitsgründen unseren Weihnachtsurlaub Vorzeitig beenden mussten ist uns die Fam. Sandrock sehr entgegen gekommen , dafür möchten wir uns nochmals rechtherzlichst bedanken. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .Das Schrankbett im Wohnzimmer bedarf allerdings ne kleine Reparatur ,da der eine Fuß vom Bett immer wegklappte !! Sonst ist bei der Wohnung alles vorhanden was man so braucht !Würde sie immer wieder buchen . M.Kaup

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, allerdings fehlte mir eine Grundreinigung des Balkons. 1x im Jahr sollten die Platten die Brüstung usw. gereinigt werden. Ich wünschte mir auch, dass das Wäschepaket in der Wohnung liegt und ich es nicht tragen muss. Daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen Das Team der Verwaltung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Team der Verwaltung war sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung zugebracht. Sie ist zwar nicht neuwertig eingerichtet aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Sie liegt nah zum Strand und das Schwimmbad ist super.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis könnte nicht besser sein Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
