Parkresidenz Sanssouci 05 - newly furnished with a terrace

Welcome to the beautiful “Parkresidenz Sanssouci” in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom! Here, on the ground floor of the building, you’ll find a spacious two-room apartment with a terrace and a small sunroom. Thanks to the building’s central location, shops, restaurants, and the beach are all within easy reach.

The apartment is decorated in a modern style with natural colours and offers plenty of space for up to two adults and one child. The living room features a cosy seating area consisting of a couch and two armchairs, along with a TV for your entertainment. Enjoy an afternoon coffee on the adjoining terrace when the weather is nice, or dine together at the dining table in the living area. Quick meals can be easily prepared in the small kitchen, which opens onto the living room. There you’ll find practical appliances such as a two-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. There is also an additional TV here for your convenience. During the cooler months, you can also spend time in the sunroom adjacent to the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, heated towel rack, and a walk-in shower.

For our youngest guests, the apartment provides a travel cot with a mattress (linens not included) and a high chair for free use. Wi-Fi is available to you at no charge. A designated parking space is located right next to the house. In the basement of the building, you’ll find a laundry room where you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee; the bicycle storage room is also located here.
