Elevator only in buildings 3 and 7. Residence composed of 7 buildings located between 300 (building 1) and 50 m from the sea (building 7).
2-room apartment 22 m2 on 2nd floor, north facing position. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Electric heating. Balcony 4 m2, north facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Situation parfaitement conforme à la publicité. Merveilleuse, calme. très bien sirué. 35 m2 oui mais 20cm entre mur et pied de lit!... Equipement assez complet mais un peu vieillot : Pommeau de douche peu orientable, 1 sous-taie sale, partie surgélateur complètement givrée, pas de fauteuil de living ou terrasse, mais canapé-lit en plus que décrit, table pliante terrasse endommagée, Parking pas toujours disponible. Rapport qualité/Prix très bon.

Un petit appartement mais grand balcon.

Comme précisé dans l’annonce, l’appartement est petit et simplement meublé. Mais le lit est confortable et la salle de bain fonctionnelle… nos priorités. Et la vue… tout l’intérêt de cet appartement est dans son emplacement en première ligne face à la mer. 2 petits transats auraient été les bienvenus et nous n’aurions plus quitté le balcon (plus grand qu’annoncé) que pour rejoindre le plage, juste à côté.
