Schöne komfortabel Wohnung aber der Anbieter enttäuschend
Wohnung geschmackvoll, gute Ausstattung, modern, wohnlich und ruhig. Gute Matratzen und Lattenroste, ausreichend Geschirr etc. ABER: Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt bei 16 Uhr Ankunft. Beide Schlafzimmer waren benutzt, ebenso sämtliche Handtücher, Bäder verunreinigt, in der Küche schmutziges Geschirr und reichlich Hausmüll der Vormieter. Keine kostenlosen Pflegeprodukte und versprochener Service eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Die 24 Stunden VIP Helpline nicht erreichbar. Telefonischer Kontakt mit Fewo Direkt, dann E Mail Agentur Renters.pl ca. eine Stunde später mit Ersatzangebot, war nicht akzeptabel. Wohnung selber gereinigt und sämtliche Wäsche gewaschen, Urlaubstag im Eimer, Entschädigung lediglich Erlass der Reinigungskosten, Auslagen Putzzeug (30,- Euro)nicht erstattet. Buchung, der größere Ärger im Nachhinein: Bei Fewo Endpreis 422,- Euro erhalten, lt.Ausstattungsbeschreibung inklusive Reinigung. E Mail vom Anbieter plötzlich PLUS 63,44 Euro Reinigungskosten, Abbuchung von der Kreditkarte nochmals um 46,08 Euro höher , insgesamt 109,- Euro mehr bezahlt als bei Fewo angegeben. Bei 4 Übernachtungen machte dies fast 1/4 Preissteigerung aus. Mühseliger Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice, angeblicher Wechselkurs etc, auf die plötzliche Reinigungsgebühr ist man garnicht eingegangen. Renters.pl sollten die Objektbeschreibung überarbeiten und transparente Angebote erstellen. Auf Trustpilot sieht man leider, daß es unfair dem Gast gegenüber läuft. Schade
