A lovingly furnished 3-room ground-floor apartment awaits you, spanning 110 m², with a garden for your exclusive use, an extra-large waterbed in the bedroom measuring 2 m x 2.20 m—which always delights our taller guests—as well as a trouser press, a travel cot, and a potty. The living/dining room, featuring a large 75-inch TV, Magenta TV, internet, and Wi-Fi, and offering a view of the sunny, sheltered garden that’s virtually hidden from view, will provide everything you need for your comfort upon your return from your trip. The same goes for the garden, which you have exclusive use of: a garden seating area, sandpit, and Bobby Car are all there for you and your little ones. The apartment features both underfloor heating and radiators in every room, as well as a bright, fully equipped modern kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, convection oven, and a large seating area; a high chair and two children’s place settings await your family. The children’s room features a modern fold-out bed built into the wall unit and a large seating area that can also be converted into a comfortable bed. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people plus a toddler and is furnished to a high standard with a cosy atmosphere.
You’ll find tablecloths and beautiful decorations, rugs, and spices, as well as a washing machine with a dryer function, so you can feel right at home with us. The apartment is a pet-free, non-smoking apartment. You can store your bicycles in the outdoor storage room so they’re safe, and you can park your car right in front of the house.
Bedding and towels can be booked as an additional service for a fee.
The cost for final cleaning is 150 euros for 110 m², including the garden. Utilities such as gas, electricity, and water will be billed separately if consumption exceeds the average usage.
