Nice condo in a nice area with plenty of hiking trails nearby. Most everything was good about the property except there was no radio or TV in the main living area where the kitchen is located. I like to listen to music while cooking and eating and listening from my phone just wasn't real great. I also don't care for Keurig coffee makers and this one stopped working right after I bought some regular coffee pods instead of the flavored ones that were provided. I was able to use the french press provided but don't care for those either. The host was responsive and parking was not bad, however I'm not sure how it would be during the busy season.

It was home away from home for the few days of our stay. Small thoughtful details is what won us over. There was plenty of room for our family to sit and enjoy each others company. The kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities like spices, cooking oil, storage containers and a wide variety of pans and utensils. The hosts Rachel and Vita were super prompt in their communication all through checkin and during our stay. We look forward to coming back next summer.

We decided to spend our 25th Anniversary in Lake Tahoe and this is our 1st time here too. We are so grateful to our very responsive host, Rachel who made our trip extra special! It's a very cozy home, definitely our home away from home. The house is clean - very well maintained. We're impressed that tap water is drinkable, a steady stream of hot water everuwhere and they have a dedicated hot water line too.It has a well stocked bathroom, laundry and kitchen; has everything you need even spices you least expect they would have. All you need is a toothbrush and toothpaste! The property is at a great location-near shops, restaurants, trails & best beaches. Also in a safe and quiet neighborhood.Every night was restful because of the comfortable beds with TV on each room and internet was great for remote work.The ground floor bathroom is ADA-compliant, and has both a balcony and a porch, that's a plus for large families. Most of all we appreciate the complimentary Incline Village Beach Pass - this was a huge one for us since the best beaches are here especially Burnt Cedar Beach!If we return to Lake Tahoe, we're definitely staying here again.

Cool neat place. Nice location. More than enough room for 2 of us. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Didn’t realize the main living space was on 2nd floor. Wasn’t a problem for us. My wife used the 3rd floor loft for her morning yoga. 2nd floor bed was comfortable. Had no experience with the other 2 beds. Sofa on 2nd floor was quite comfortable. Sofa for watching TV on first floor felt pretty worn out. Not comfortable for more than 1/2 an hour. Great location. Away from the touristy areas, but still close enough. Easy to find and navigate to. While our unit was quiet, the neighbors decided to party one night until well after midnight. One of the laminate floor tiles is pealing up in front of the dining table and should be fixed, it is becoming a tripping hazard. Contacted the host about a minor issue as a FYI and they responded within minutes. One thing that I didn’t care for was the 11th hour chores list that was sent late the evening before we left. These were not in the listing. While many of the other listing I looked at had them under the “House Rules”. Not seeing any was one of the reasons I chose this location. While short, you could have mentioned it earlier or put it in the listing. Otherwise great stay.
