From the terrace, you have a breathtaking view of the sea. In the evening, you can enjoy fantastic sunsets and the endless starry sky. A rocky cove with a small beach lies right in front of the house and is perfect for swimming. The Migjorn residential complex, consisting of eight units arranged in terraces and facing southwest, is located between “Villa Italia” and the “Rocamar” restaurant. It’s just a one-minute walk to the harbour promenade with all its lovely bars and restaurants.
This well-maintained, cosy, and comfortably furnished apartment offers everything you need to feel at home and relax. From the terrace, you can watch the numerous fishing boats and yachts in the harbour. The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace. Right next to it is another room with a pull-out bed. The third room, with a corner bed, also leads to the rear terrace. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets provide a refreshing break after an eventful day. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via stairs (no lift). The reserved parking space is in the courtyard in front of the building.
From the apartment, you can set out on numerous hikes (to San Telem, up Mount Sa Talaia, to Camp de Mar, and more). For water sports enthusiasts, the harbour offers a wide variety of boats. There are two diving schools in town that take you to some of Mallorca’s most beautiful dive sites. For golfers, it’s only about a 7-minute drive to Camp de Mar and the “Golf de Andratx” golf club.
