🍽️ Dishes If you used any dishes, cups, or utensils, please place them in the bucket labeled “Dirty Dishes” There is no need to wash them. 🗑️ Trash Please place all trash in the trash can provided.
🥤 Food & Drinks Please remove any food or beverages you brought with you and dispose of any perishable items. 🔑 Keys Please return the key to the lockbox and scramble the code after closing it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation Pets are not allowed on beds/inens. Excess pet hair on linens will incur a $50 fee
No Parties or Events Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
No Smoking or Drugs Smoking, illegal drugs, marijuana, excessive noise, and parties are strictly prohibited, including on porches and in shared space.
