A modern, tastefully and comfortably furnished 3-room apartment measuring 67 m². The "Meerglück" holiday apartment on the 1st floor accommodates up to 4 adults. The sun-drenched living room with dining area features a couch that can be easily converted into a bed. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, radio, and CD player. Board games and books are provided. The separate kitchen, with doors leading to the hallway and the living/dining room, features a four-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combo (refrigerator with a separate 35-liter freezer). Small appliances include a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The kitchen can be well ventilated lengthwise through two windows. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The small bedroom features a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe along with a chest of drawers. The bathroom, which includes a shower and toilet, has a skylight. The living/dining room opens onto the balcony, which is furnished with balcony furniture and a retractable awning (covering the entire balcony). It gets sun from morning until evening. All windows (except the bathroom window) and the balcony door are fitted with insect screens. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable bike shed. The apartment comes with a parking space behind the house. Also behind the house is a lawn with outdoor seating and a small playground with a sandpit. Non-smoking apartment; pets welcome.

We look forward to meeting you for the key handover at the Reiscenter Rerik, Haffplatz 5, on your arrival day starting at 4:00 p.m. You’re welcome to call starting at 1:00 p.m. to find out if your apartment might already be clean, but the handover is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. If you’re arriving late, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival time by phone so we can be there on time or have a key safe ready for you.
