The home was very clean and perfectly laid out for multiple families to enjoy and still have space. The accommodations included many amenities including the basic kitchen and grill equipment and a game room.Parking was provided. The owners were very helpful with information about the property and surrounding areas for food and entertainment. They responded quickly with any questions we had.We enjoyed our visit!Highly recommend

Why they chose this property

This property was a once and a lifetime opportunity to build so close to Stone Harbor but on a spacious oversized lot. We love the views of the ponds across the street from our porch and the amazing bird watching in the acres of property behind our house from the back deck. The game room in the basement provides entertainment for our 7 year old twins and the spacious bonus space upstairs some separation for kids and adults at night.

What makes this property unique

Our property offers the space and amenities for a large group without the price tag of the island. However, we are so close to the causeway you could walk to it which makes stone harbor a 5 minute drive away! You have the serenity of the cedars but the smell of the salt air being so close to the sound.
