Single-family house "Korina", 2 storeys. 1.3 km from the centre of Klana, 19 km from the centre of Opatija, 15 km from the centre of Matulji, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, along the wooded area, 17 km from the sea, 17 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn 130 m2, swimming pool angular (12 x 3 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach "Volosko" 17 km, concrete beach 17 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Awesome hospitality
We stayed in this lovely house and had an amazing time.
The host Mirela, was really welcoming, organized, responsive and helpfull.
-Clean, lovely swimming pool,
-Great garden.
-Beautiful surroundings,
-Perfectly located for trips to the coast or hikes in the mountains/woods
-Great place for families with children . (>4 years)
-Good facilities
For young babies and toddlers there might be some slight challenges in the terrain. (stones, unguided concrete stairs etc).

Wunderbar zum erholen !
Die Besitzer waren super lieb und bei Rückfragen jederzeit zu erreichen.
Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles was man brauch.
Der Pool war sauber, nichts war beschädigt.
Generell wirkt das Haus sehr neu !
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen, es gibt 2/3 Hunde in der Nachbarschaft die auch mal bellen, aber uns persönlich hat es nicht gestört, da wir selbst einen haben.
Wer Ruhe vor Touristen haben will, ist dort richtig !
Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder !:)
