House for 2 persons: approx. 80 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor is the entrance area and a bathroom with shower. The first floor offers a living area with air conditioning, open fireplace and kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and a WC. Also, a large furnished terrace with beautiful views of the hilly countryside.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi available free of charge. Barbecue, deck chairs, parasol and outdoor shower in the garden. Depending on the season, you can pick seasonal vegetables and fruits from the garden. Two bicycles are available for free use. Free private parking on the property. Please note that the last 50 m to the house is on a steep gravel road.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
