Hikes to the peaks of Høgevarde, Storleinåsen, Ravnås and Maureliåsen are particularly recommended. The hike to the statue of the Madonna at an altitude of 1,020 metres in the middle of the beautiful landscape of Norefjell is also very popular and was voted Norway's best hiking route in 2018. The six-kilometre route through the mountain landscape is suitable for young and old. The Trillemarka-Rollagsfjell nature reserve and the bear park with bears, moose, lynx and exotic animals are also great excursion destinations.



In winter, Norefjell is transformed into a snow paradise with countless lifts and pistes. The ski lifts are right next to the house and you can put on your skis in the hallway and glide down to the lifts. The town of Noresund and a sandy beach are just a short drive away and promise further exploration and entertainment.
