A well situated property in a quiet location. Living area and main bedroom are good and the second bedroom has no storage but there is a larger wardrobe in the main bedroom. The beds were firm and comfortable. The kitchen is very narrow so it is one person at a time. The terrace was nice to sit out but could do with weeding. The owner was in good contact and answered all queries quickly. A positive stay.

Tolle Lage und an sich eine schöne Wohnung, jedoch leider ziemlich ungepflegt und mit ein paar Makel

Hallo Martina, schade das ihr nicht vollumfänglich zu Frieden wart, wir werden es in Zukunft besser machen versprochen! Die Glastüre der Dusche muss ganz einfach ein wenig angehoben werden, dann schließt diese auch einwandfrei ohne Probleme! Die Ausstattung der Küche haben wir überprüft und 2 fehlende Sachen ergänzt, der Rest ist alles sogar in doppelter Ausführung vorhanden ich glaube ihr habt den einen Oberschrank übersehen! Der Gärtner war leider krank in der Woche vor euere Anreise, daher erklärt sich der Löwenzahn in den Fugen auf der Terrasse, wurde umgehend danach gemacht. Wir hatten euch ja dafür als kleine Entschädigung bereits 50€ Gebühren erlassen. Wir hoffen euch bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt wieder voll überzeugen zu können und verbleiben bis dahin mit freundlichen Grüßen!

Gutes Objekt, 10 Min. fußläufig (bergab) zum See. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Terrasse. Sehr gepflegt. Gute und flexible Kommunikation durch Vermieter.
